Each child's ticket includes a festive activity pack, a personalised written invitation, a delicious breakfast with a drink, a visit to Santa in his grotto, and a special present to take home.
SEND morning – Monday, 22 December 2025
This year we have a dedicated SEND morning on Monday, 22 December 2025 during the first hour of the event. This quieter session offers a more relaxed and sensory-friendly experience. During this time, Santa will visit families in The Martlet Kitchen over breakfast time, creating a gentle and engaging atmosphere. Families will also have the option to visit the grotto afterwards
