Our tasting menu features some of the finest produce Yorkshire and Lancashire has to offer will be accompanied by an evening of live music.

Warm sourdough with cultured butter
Course 1
Pheasant breast, lychee and pistachio crumb, caul fat and black pudding force meat

Roasted cauliflower patè, sourdough croton and micro herb salad (ve)

Crispy Yorkshire grouse kebab, brussels sprout slaw and onion reduction

Homemade celeriac and carrot hash brown, raisin pureè and brussels sprout slaw (ve)

Partridge, breast and leg, bourguignon garnish and braised kale

Wild mushroom ragu, toasted brioche and crispy onions (v)

Roe deer wellington, wild mushrooms, celeriac puree and chicken parfait
