Celebrate spooky season with us at Heywood Library and take part in a special halloween themed constuction club.
- Who is this event suitable for? For families with children of all ages, but is most suitable for pre-school and primary achool-aged children.
- Adult supervision: adult supervision is required at all times.

A spooky season celebration
There will be lots of fun activities to take part in:
- Spooky story time: find a cosy spot in the dark, dark library and snuggle in for some spine-tingling tales.
- Construction club: help us draw a giant town map using huge pieces of paper. Then using our construction blocks, work together, or on your own, to construct the buildings which will make up Spooky Town.
- Colouring and craft: let your creativity run wild and create the characters to live in Spooky Town. You can even design and decorate your own monster door to take home.
- Costumes welcome: dressing up is encouraged, but not required.
Refreshments
Refreshments will not be provided. Please bring drinks for your children in suitable bottles.
Photography and videos
You can only take photographs and videos of your own children.
