We provide waste and recycling collection services across the borough. This includes standard bin collections, missed bins, replacement bins, bulky waste collections, and optional bin collection alerts.
You can request services, report issues, arrange collections, or subscribe to reminders. We are committed to being transparent about how we collect and use your personal data and to meeting our data protection obligations.

We are required by law to provide and maintain a waste collection service. This is detailed in legislation and guidance including:

- Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1953

- Councillors
- Bulky Waste collection service provider

- This service doesn't make any decisions using computers or programmes that don't involve a human being when using your personal information.
- How long we keep your personal information
- We keep personal information collected as part of this process for a minimum of 7 years from the last collection date request, or for an additional length of time if necessary. For bin collection reminders, we will hold your data on file until you unsubscribe.
- Transferring personal information beyond the EEA

This service doesn't transfer your information outside the EEA.
