Hearings about representations
If representations against an application are made and not withdrawn, we will list the application for consideration at a licensing sub-committee hearing.
We aim to hold a hearing within 20 working days from the last date of representations.
If you've made representation on an application, we'll invite you to attend the licensing sub-committee hearing. You can speak directly to the hearing committee if you want to.
After the hearing, the committee may:
- Take no action
- Reject the application
- Change, add or remove licence conditions
- Exclude certain activities from the licence
