Daily tours. Enjoy a fascinating tour of Rochdale Town Hall, given by one of our very knowledgeable volunteer guides.

Ignite Fire Festival and Rochdale Christmas Lights Switch-On

21-23 November 2025. Ignite Fire Festival will be transforming the square and gardens opposite Rochdale Town Hall, with more dazzling displays and activities for all the family.

Monday–Thursday every week. Access live job vacancies, fully funded training courses, CV/application support and interview techniques, debt management support and obtain clothes for interviews.

First Steps Into Music - Heywood Library

Every Monday during term-time. Free fun music classes for babies and pre-school children.

Activities at family hubs for children aged 0–5 years and their parents or carers.

Wardle Knitting Group (Mondays) - Wardle Library

Every Monday. A free, friendly group with members ranging from beginners to experienced knitters, helping each other, giving advice and sharing patterns. New members are always welcome.

Learn My Way - Spotland Library

Every Monday. A free course in basic computer skills, including using the internet, email, shopping online, and help with job searches.
