You're hired - council launches recruitment drive

Rochdale Borough Council is on the hunt for staff to fill a number of vital roles and will be hosting 2 special recruitment fairs at its Number One Riverside office.

eams from across the council will be showcasing a variety of opportunities to work in areas like planning, Human Resources (HR), finance, Early Years, Information Technology (IT), customer services, environmental management, social work, healthcare, school support, economic development, teaching, cleaning and other roles like fostering or being a school governor.

The recruitment fairs are being held at Number One Riverside, Smith Street, Rochdale OL16 1XU on:

  • Thursday 12 May 2022, 2pm–6pm
  • Saturday 14 May 2022, 9am–12:30pm

Opportunities are available for students, college and university graduates, qualified professionals and people with experience to apply for - with some roles being available for interview on the day. There will be a range of full-time, part-time, permanent and casual roles available.
