Shoppers in Rochdale and Middleton can park for free in
Rochdale town centre if they arrive after 3pm. Parking on
Sundays is currently free, and there is no charge for the
night-time period between 6pm and 8am. Council car parks in Heywood
and Littleborough are also currently free anyway.
