Spotland Primary have
achieved Healthy School Status, an Eco-School Award and provide, or
signpost to, the following extended services:
- School opening hours – 7.30am – 5.30pm
- School Day 8.45am – 3pm
- Breakfast Club 8am – 8.45am
- After School Clubs run until 4.15pm (mainly Key Stage 2)
activities include: IT, sports, gardening, music, poetry and
homework clubs
- Lunchtime Clubs with various activities including: recorder,
guitar, yoga, urdu, computers, art/craft, netball and dance
- School Council
- Childcare provision – school signposts to provision at the
local Children’s Centre at Howard Street
- The school signposts to activities at Falinge Park and the
Sports Partnership
- The school has school based activities during the
holidays, Radpac activities and also signposts to holiday
activities at Norden Football Club
