Every year our performance is monitored by the Government’s Audit Commission to measure the effectiveness, quality and value for money of our services. The Performance Summary includes our Best Value Performance Indicator results which show in detail how services are improving, as well as the results of our Comprehensive Performance Assessment which rates how we are doing overall.
