Primary School is a one and a half form entry primary school with
326 pupils on role. The school has a continuous rolling programme
for modernisation, remodelling and refurbishment, resulting in the
provision of a quality learning environment for pupils and staff.
The school has an excellent reputation within the locality and is
regularly over-subscribed.
The school has undergone three very successful Ofsted
inspections and has been recognised as an Investor in People on two
occasions. Our standards of attainment for pupils have been
recognised through “An Excellence Award” and “An Achievement
Award.” The school has “Healthy School Status” and has successfully
completed three years as a school with “ Beacon Status.”
Extended Services
Hopwood County have achieved Healthy School Status, Artsmark
Silver, Activemark and a Leading Aspect Award. The school
also provide, or signpost to, the following extended
services:
- School opening hours – 8.55am – 3.30pm
- Breakfast Club 7.30am – 8.55am
- After School Club 3.30pm – 6pm
