Approval of reserved matters
Where outline permission has been granted, to proceed with your
development you will need to make an application for approval
of any or all matters of detail which were "reserved" by the
outline permission. Please refer to the guidance
document below which explains the requirements of this type of
application in more detail.
If you are unsure of how to complete an application for approval

pre-application discussions to ensure all the information required
(refer checklist) to process your application is provided from the
start, otherwise your application will be delayed. Please include
copies of any pre-application correspondence.
