The Rochdale Town Centre East Area Framework
SPD
was adopted
in December 2007 by Rochdale Borough Council.
Role of Supplementary Planning Document
To provide a planning framework to guide the comprehensive
redevelopment and regeneration of part of Rochdale Town Centre to
include new retail and shopping areas, a wide range of employment
opportunities, improved public transport facilities and
environmental improvements to create a more sustainable Town
Centre.
