The Provision of Recreational Open Space in New
Housing
SPD

2008 by Rochdale Borough Council.
Role of Supplementary Planning Document
To provide practical and technical guidance to supplement
policies aimed at ensuring that new developments that generate
additional demand for recreational open space contribute towards
the provision, improvement and maintenance of open spaces capable
of serving those developments.
