LDF policy guidance
These documents expand on and explain policy in
DPD
s. They are
prepared for areas where change is being promoted or
to provide additional guidance on particular policy issues
such as transport, environmental or design considerations. A
number of Supplementary Planning Documents (SPDs) and similar
Supplementary Planning Guidance Notes (SPGs) have been prepared and
new area-based
SPD
s are planned. This
also includes any Simplified Planning Zones prepared.
