Following the Boxing Day flood, Rochdale Central Library has recently re-opened (apart from the children’s library which will open in November 2016).
Rochdale Central Library is on the ground floor of Number One Riverside. The multi use public building is in Rochdale town centre and has a Bean Coffee Shop, meeting rooms and council customer service point.
The library is open during the following hours, we're closed on bank holidays.
