Cascades Health Suite
In addition to the Fitness Studios Central Leisure Centre offers
a Traditional Health Suite with Turkish and Russian Baths with two
rooms of increasing heat and steam and sauna.
A single admission offers free unlimited use of swimming pools
during public swimming times.
No membership or booking required.
Tanning Capsules
The Eclipse Sunshower stand-up capsule gives fast all over
tanning. Three minute sessions are available - ask at reception for
condition of use.
Passport to Leisure discounts are available at each of the
Centres.
