Phone renewals
Ring the Library Service Renewal Line on 0845 121 2976 between 8am-8pm
Monday to Friday and 9am-5pm on Saturday.

Keeping you informed: By letting us know
your barcode on your library card when you ring we can let
you:
- Know the due date of your books and items
- Know any messages on your borrower record
- Know of any items that do not renew.
In person library renewals
When you are in the library, ask a member of staff to renew your
books or loans.
Renewing items: You do not have to bring all
the items back to the library every time you want to renew them. We
will ask to see them after a few renewals, just to check them.
If somebody else has reserved an item we will ask you to return
it so that they can have it.
