Council tax - account enquiries
The Revenues & Benefits Service administers all aspects of
Council Tax, Business Rates and General Income.
You can contact us by email, letter or by telephone using the
contact details down the right hand side of your screen.
If you wish to call in person you can call into any of our
Customer Services Centres. Staff there will be able to help
you with your enquiries. They can help you to fill in forms, and
can also check your documents before returning them to you. Opening
hours can vary, so please check before you make a journey. You can

office that you want to visit so that you can check their opening
hours.
