Occupational therapy
An Occupational Therapist is a trained
professional who helps disabled children and their parents and
adults who suffer from chronic illnesses or who have physical and
sensory impairments, to manage their day to day living activities.
In the Rochdale borough, they work in a range of adult care, child
care and health services giving advice, assessing needs and
providing or arranging services like equipment or adaptations.
If you need the help of an Occupational
Therapist this will be arranged when you contact the services to
request an assessment of your needs.
