Blue Badges
The Blue Badge Scheme is a European scheme that allows people
who meet the qualifying criteria, exemption from certain parking
regulations.
To qualify for the concessions, the driver of the vehicle used
to carry an eligible disabled or blind person must, by law, display
a Blue Badge and where necessary a parking disc.

website.
