Will I be affected by Local Housing Allowance?
The new scheme will apply only to Housing
Benefit customers in the private rented sector. The scheme will
focus on the majority of private tenancies. Therefore a
number of cases will be exempt such as Housing Associations, Local
Authority Tenants, Protected landlords such as charities etc and
some others.
