Our bog gardens showcase some of the plants and animals that were around when dinosaurs roamed the earth. They were created to celebrate Dippy the dinosaur's visit to Rochdale from February to June 2020, as part of his UK tour.
What are bog gardens?
Bog gardens exist naturally in low lying areas or around ponds, streams or lakes.
Their permanently waterlogged soil helps to protect the environment by providing a valuable habitat for a range of animals.
Do I need to book?
No, you can visit the bog gardens any time.
