Drop-in sessions with a health trainer

We host various drop-in sessions with a health trainer at a number of libraries across the borough. You can turn up on the day between the times listed below without an appointment and wait your turn to be seen.

Make an appointment with a health trainer

Alternatively, you can make an appointment with a health trainer. This means you can be seen at the time you choose, rather than having to wait for your turn at a drop-in session.

Appointments are available at:

  • Littleborough Library - 2nd and 4th Tuesday of every month between 2pm-4pm.

  • Smallbridge Library - every Tuesday between 10am-12noon.

  • Smithy Bridge Library - every Tuesday between 9am-12noon.
