Our support group is for adults with fibromyalgia. No need to book, just turn up on the day.

What will I do at the support group?

During the group, you'll have chance to:

  • Share your experiences and listen to what other people have been through.
  • Get lots of ideas to help you manage your fibromyalgia.
  • Support each other towards a life beyond pain.
The support group is run and organised by LivingWell Rochdale.

What is fibromyalgia?
