Home-made Broccoli and Stilton Soup   
Locally-sourced ingredients blended into a rich, warming soup. Served with artisan bread and butter    

Chicken and Prosciutto Salad
Whole chicken breast, rolled, wrapped in prosciutto and thinly sliced. Served on a bed of mixed leaves with olive oil & herb croutons.   

Breaded and Baked Camembert Rounds
A melt-in-the-middle dish of Camembert cheese, coated in crispy breadcrumbs. Served with red onion chutney.

Haddock and Spring Onion Fishcakes
Flakes of haddock fillet, spring onion and mashed potato are bound together in our breaded fishcake. Served with a mixed leaf garnish and homemade tartare sauce.

For mains

Stuffed Turkey Roulade
Turkey breast, filled with stuffing and rolled. Served with chateau potato, puree’d parsnip, roasted chantenay carrots & cranberry dressing.

Butternut Squash, Stilton and Spinach Risotto
A creamy, rich risotto with chunks of butternut squash, stilton and spinach leaves. Topped with Italian parmesan shavings and balanced with green basil pesto.   

Fillet of Sea Bass
Pan-fried and served with crushed new potatoes, roasted chantenay carrots & a drizzle of dressing.   

Duck Leg Confit
One of our favourites, a slow-cooked duck leg with a crispy skin, served with a tart blackberry sauce, dauphinoise potatoes and sprouts with bacon lardons.

Christmas Pudding
The definitive Christmas pud made with winter spices and served with a rum sauce.   

Spiced Apple Tart
An individual tart with an apple, caramel and cinnamon filling. Served with vanilla ice cream.   

Blackcurrant and Granola Roulade
A meringue roulade filled with blackcurrant, pomegranate, goji berries & yoghurt with a granola topping. Served with pouring cream.   

Chocolate Fondant
An authentic Italian rich dark chocolate pudding with a soft and gooey chocolate centre. Served with cinnamon cream.
