Recycling - bags and containers
Currently we
operate a fortnightly recycling kerbside collection scheme for
newspapers, magazines, glass bottles and jars, aluminium cans and
tin cans using green boxes on a Tuesday and Thursday. On a
Wednesday and Friday we operate an Alternate Weekly Collection.

Recyclable
household waste
We collect the following in a wheeled bin:
- Cans (steel and alumiunim)
- Glass bottles and jars (all colours)
- Plastic bottles (without the bottle tops)
Paper and cardboard collection
We also offer a mixed paper and cardboard collection in a
polythene bag. This includes:
Newspapers- Junk mail
- Greeting cards
- Magazines
- Letters
Paper and
shredded paper- Envelopes
- Flattened cardboard
- Phone directories and yellow pages
- Packaging
- Greeting cards
Garden
waste
We offer a collection service for garden waste.
