Household waste - special collections for large items
You can request the removal of bulky household refuse by
calling in to any of our Customer Service Centres, or by
contacting our helpline. Contact details are given on this
page.
We use an appointment system and let you know the date we will
collect your order.
When we collect
Our crew will collect items within 10 working
days. Items for collection must be outside your
house, but still on your property, by 7am on the date of
collection as the crew are unable to pick up from inside your house
or garage.
What we will collect for FREE
There is no charge to collect the following bulky household
items:

- Carpet
- Cooker
- Washer
- Chairs
- Suites
- Fridges
- Freezers
- TV's
- Microwaves
- Hi Fi's
- Items you would normally take with you when you move
house
What we charge for
There is a charge for the following items:
- Kitchen Units (sink unit base and top)
- £20
- Belfast Sink - £20
- Complete Kitchen - £30
- Bedroom Furniture (fitted) - £20
- Water Tanks (plastic and metal)
- £20
- Bathroom Suite (complete) - £30
- Toilet and Cistern - £20
- Wash Basin and Stand - £20
- Bath (cast iron) - £20 (must be broken
up)
- Bath (plastic or fibreglass) - £20
- Shower Tray and panels - £20
- Garden Refuse - £20 (up to 12 bags) 75p per
bag thereafter
- Fencing - £20 (up to 5 panels) £4 per
additional panel
