Planning decision notices
The Council issues a formal decision notice in
respect of every application, which states whether permission is
granted with or without conditions or refused, together with the
reasons for the decision.
It is possible to search and view on line
details of planning applications determined and associated
conditions since 1984.The copy decision notice can be viewed and
printed out from 1 December 2005.
To obtain a copy of a decison notice issued prior to the 1
December 2005, please use the contact details and request a copy by
giving full details including the application number and address it
relates to.
