Status / Progress
The Milkstone, Deeplish and Newbold Supplementary Planning
Document (SPD) was adopted in September 2010 by Rochdale Borough
Council.
Role of Supplementary Planning Document
This
SPD
has been produced by the Council to support emerging regeneration
proposals, planning briefs and future development within Milkstone,
Deeplish and Newbold. The
SPD
seeks to bring about
high quality, regeneration proposals that will provide a wider
choice of quality housing, improved employment areas and a better
environment for existing and future residents. It provides advice
and interpretation of policies within the
UDP
and emerging Core Strategy
and will be a material consideration in the determination of
planning applications.
