Borough Design Awards 2011
It's time to vote in the 2011 Rochdale Borough Design
Awards!
The competition is held to promote good design in new
developments in the borough and to give people of the borough the
opportunity to have their say on recently completed
developments.
This year the Awards are being sponsored by the Council and Sir
Robert McAlpine, who are currently constructing the new Council
offices in Rochdale.
Each year two awards are presented:
- Rochdale Borough Design Award - decided by a
panel of experts in the urban design field
- Rochdale Borough People's Design Award - voted
for by the general public
This year we have a shortlist of six nominated
developments. To view the shortlist, and to cast your vote, please

Rochdale Borough Design Awards 2011 - Voting
You can vote from the 2 November until the 7
December 2011. Please note that you can only vote
once, so please choose carefully. By rewarding exceptional design,
we are helping to improve the future environment of the
Borough.
The winners of the Rochdale Borough Design Awards will be
announced at a special ceremony later in the year.
