Home schooling

Most parents send their child to school, but you do have the right to educate your child at home. Parents have the primary responsibility for ensuring their children receive a suitable education.

Compulsory schooling starts at the beginning of the term following the child’s fifth birthday and ends during the academic year when the pupil has his or her 16th birthday.
