Langley Sure Start Children's Centre
Opening times:
7.45am – 5.45pm Monday – Friday
Situated on Windermere Road, next to Bowlee Primary School,
Langley Sure Start Children's Centre offers a convenient, safe,
family friendly environment for families with children aged 0 – 5
years. There are excellent indoor and outdoor play facilities
and an action packed timetable of specially planned activities
throughout the week.
Sessions include:
- Ante and Post Natal Clinics with the midwife or health
visitor
- Bouncing Beans – physical fun for 2½ - 5 year
olds
- Citizens Advice Bureau – sessions for those seeking
advice
There is a warm welcome to mums, dads, grandparents and carers
with children aged 0 – 5. Childminders and those who look
after children are also very welcome. Langley offer sessions
just for children, sessions just for parents to relax, and sessions
where both children and parents can enjoy quality play time
together in a well planned structured environment.
There is support for parents in seeking employment, information
around health issues and professional clinics throughout the week
for anyone wanting advice. Children at Langley Children’s
Centre love story time, which also involves singing and crafts,
puppets and dressing up.
