Instrumental tuition
Our Music Service provides a wide range of instrumental,
vocal and curriculum music teaching in schools, in and around the
Borough of Rochdale.
Within our Music Centre, we have established a “centre of
excellence” where we offer:
- Instrumental tuition
- Choral tuition
- Individual tuition
- Orchestra and ensemble tuition
- Music theory lessons
Music for all ages - times to suit
We provide music services to over 75 schools and thousands of
pupils every week, after school, in the evening, as well as
Saturday mornings.
We cater for:
- All ages from baby and toddler upwards
- Absolute beginner to ABRSM grade 8 and above
Events and concerts
We organise and promote:
- Rochdale Youth Festival of Music, Speech and Dance
- “Christmas Cracker” concerts - three concerts spread over one
weekend in December.
- North West Regional Festival of Music for Youth
- Many other concerts around Rochdale, the UK and Europe
