Private day nurseries
Private day nurseries are mostly run as private businesses with
some based in children's centres and workplaces.
Age range: Usually from 6 weeks - 5 years
Opening hours: Mostly year round Mon - Fri all
day, the earliest opening at 7 am and the latest closing at 7pm

Is it for me?
- I need somewhere open virtually all year round
- My hours fit in with their opening times
- I need to know that there will always be someone to look after
my child - if one carer is sick, another can cover
