Breakfast and after school clubs offer care before and after school to those families who need it.  They are aimed at primary school age children (4-12 years of age).

They are held in a variety of settings such as schools, community centres and private day nurseries. They usually open for approximately one hour before school and close at around 6pm during term-time. Some clubs also provide full day service during the summer holidays. All clubs are registered and inspected by Ofsted.

Some breakfast and after school clubs can offer transportation to and from neighbouring schools.
