Christmas updates

Most non critical services close on Tuesday 24 December 2013 at 5pm and reopen on Thursday 2 January 2014 at 9am. 

However if you have any emergencies please contact us. Our emergency phone line will be staffed throughout the holidays.

Changes to bin collections

There may be changes to your refuse and recycling collections.  Ensure you're clear on when to put your bins out for collection.


Housing Benefit payments

Housing Benefit payments will be issued as normal over Christmas and New Year. But if you still receive your payment by cheque this may arrive later than normal due to the high volumes of post being delivered by the Royal Mail.
