Employment Links Partnership
Linking local people with local jobs
Who we are
Employment Links is an initiative that we fund
in partnership with the Neighbourhood Renewal Fund (NRF), European
Regional Development Fund (ERDF) and
SRB
. Our aims are to support
local people into employment, whilst identifying local employers'
recruitment, training and development needs.
What we do
We provide a professional and totally free of
charge employment service to the people of Rochdale
that is tailored to clients' individual needs, providing as much or
as little advice and support as required. Please note: We
are not an agency.
We help by:
- Assisting with applications and CVs
- Offering job search and interview techniques,
mock interviews, telephone techniques
- Providing career choices and action
plans
- Having constantly updated vacancy
information
- Being in contact with local employers
- Matching your skills to employment
opportunities
- Signposting you to professional advice
regarding in-work benefits
- Providing course details on all subjects from
basic to higher levels
- Offering confidential interviews to discuss
what’s best for you

Employment Links aims to support local business recruitment and
training needs. We will work in partnership with you, service

needs.
Employment links are committed to
- Providing a named contact to support you throughout the whole
process
