The Customer Services Awards event is part of National Customer
Service (which takes place every year). It is designed to
raise awareness of customer care and quality service issues whilst
bringing fun to the workplace.
What happens after nominations close?
All successful nominees are invited to a bafta style awards
ceremony where their efforts are recognised and
rewarded.
In 2008 the top prize for ‘Best Individual’ went to Lynn Byrne,
a library assistant at Norden Library. She said she was shocked to
win.
The Leopold Court Homelessness Team based in Rochdale were voted
‘Best Overall Team’ 2008 Project
