Best Value Performance Plans
Every year up to 2007 the
Council was required to produce a Best Value Performance Plan
(BVPP) which described the council’s main activities and
achievements for the past year and gave a brief overview of what we
intended to do to improve services during the current year. The
plan also compared our performance results to other councils
nationally by means of inspection results and performance
indicators.
Performance Summary
From 2008 onwards we are no longer required to produce such a
detailed summary of our performance but are required to produce a
performance summary that concentrates on the past year's
performance indicator results. We have also included
Comprehensive Performance Assessment results for 2007 in this
Performance Summary.
