Buying the register of electors'
There are two versions of the electoral register – the full
register and the edited register. Only the Edited register is
available for general sale, in whole or in part, and can be used
for any purpose.
The reister is available to purchase in either paper or data
format. Paper format is a printed copy of the register and
data format is an electronic copy of the register available on
either disk or can be sent via email.
The table below shows the prices for purchasing the Edited
register. The items in the table are listed by ward for
quick reference.

The total cost of the edited register (for all wards) is
£605 on paper, and £198.50 in data
format.
Prices are calculated as follows:
- In paper form - £10 admin fee plus £5 per
1000 entries in the Register
- In data form - £20 admin fee plus £1.50 per
1000 entries in the Register
