Supporting vulnerable people - comments, compliments and complaints

The Supporting People team are responsible for improving the quality of support services so your views are important to us. We might ask you what you think about a service:

  • As part of a formal review of your service
  • As part of an organised forum
  • Through consultation with the organisation providing your service
  • Through contact with our team

Any complaints or comments about the service should first be addressed to the service provider. All our funded services must have a written complaints procedure.
