We work hard to provide the best service for all our customers and we appreciate you taking the time to let us know what you think. You can contact our Customer Services staff, your local councillor or MP for help making a complaint.

How to make a complaint, compliment or comment

You can get in touch with us in any of the following ways:

• By filling in the online feedback form
• By email to feedback.council@rochdale.gov.uk
• By telephone, to any member of staff or to the Contact Centre
• By letter or fax to the head of service
• By filling in the feedback form in our Have Your Say leaflet, available from our Customer Service Centres (freepost return address)
• In person, at any of the our Customer Service Centres
