Changes to the planning application checklists
This consultation has
now finished.
We need to review our Development Management Service's
validation checklist and local information requirements to reflect
recent legislative changes and planning policy guidance. We
are having a period of consultation on the changes with service
users and consultees. We hope to have a revised checklist in
place by late 2010.
You can download a document setting out a list of suggested
changes together with an example 'full application checklist'
detailing any possible changes. We would like your comments on
the proposed changes. Please send them to development.control@rochdale.gov.uk by
15 October 2010. We will send the comments to
elected members before any revisions to the existing checklists are
adopted.
