Data quality
Reliable information is vital to the success of any
organisation. Within Local Government good service
delivery relies on complete, accurate and 'up to date'
information being available. If data quality is poor, it is
impossible to gain an accurate picture of the service standards,
operational performance and customer care standards we provide.
We recognise that data quality is also an important part of
any contract outsourced to a third party to manage.
The following documents will help our partners and contractors
assess and improve, where necessary, the quality of the data they
provide to us.
