Adult Care Service Needs Assessment
We have different teams that specialise in assessing the needs
of and arranging services for different groups of people. Contact
the team that seems to best match your needs or the needs of the
person you care for. Remember carers can have their needs assessed
as well.
You can make an appointment or someone can do this for you.
Usually people are seen at home. We can arrange an interpreter for
people whose first language is not English or a sign language
interpreter for people who are deaf or hard of hearing.
Office hours: 8.30am to 4.45pm, Monday to
Friday
