Dog and animal fouling
The Dogs (Fouling of Land) Act 1996 means that it is an offence
not to immediately clean up after your dog. Failure to comply will
result in on the spot fines of £50. It is an adopted Council policy
that all litter bins in the borough are designated for the use of
dog faeces as long as it is securely bagged.
