It's payback time for offenders
In Rochdale borough, we're making sure that offenders are
punished for the harm they've caused by committing crimes in our
communities.
The national Community Payback scheme sees offenders carrying
out supervised unpaid work in orange high-visibility jackets.

35,776 hours of community payback work has been carried out for
free by offenders across Rochdale borough as a punishment which
would have cost £206, 462 and might otherwise not have been
done.
