Milkstone & Deeplish and Canal Basin Area Action Plan
Status / Progress
Work commenced on its production in March 2007 by the
Rochdale Development Agency who are leading on this document.
With the document likely to be adopted in September 2010.
Progress on the Area Action Plan has been delayed due to the need
to complete a Regeneration Investment Strategy for the area.
Consultation on preferred options is likely to be
November-December 2008.
Role of Milkstone & Deeplish and Canal Basin Area Action
Plan
The area action plan will specifically guide and support the
Oldham Rochdale Housing Market Renewal Pathfinder Initiative within
the plan area but will address wider issues.
