Out of hours support

Our Contact Centre lines are open 8am-8pm Monday to Friday and 9am-1pm on Saturday (unless otherwise stated).

We also provide an emergency, "out of hours" service for all council and Rochdale Boroughwide Housing services outside these hours.

For emergency calls out of hours, in relation to the following telephone 0845 121 2975

Social services: Emergency help, homelessness, children or older people in need of protection or care.

Emergency work on highways: Spills, subsidence, accidental damage, flooding, sewerage problems, major street lighting faults, gritting problems.

Pollution and environmental problems: Noise nuisance, pest control.

Public emergency: Damage to public buildings, for example schools.

For out of hours emergency repairs to council houses.
